Impressed by the performance of the students of Kwankwaso French Academy in Kano, the commissioner of Education, Malam Muhammad Sanusi Sa’id Kiru has expressed the need by the state government to support the students in futhering their studies after graduating from the Academy.
He made the assertion when he lead the minister for Secondary Schools Education of Niger Republic on education tour to the French Academy.
The commissioner noted with delight the performance of the students, particulaly for their ability to speak French language fluently.
He said that the commitment displayed by the students will no doubt make the state government proud considering what what the government is spending on them.
The Majidadin Kiru therefore, stated that since the Academy is of Secondary School status, there is need for the state government to consider supporting the students to aquire tertiary education so as to enable them achieve their future ambitions.
The commissioner then thump up the leadership of the KSSSSMB and the management of the French Academy for maintaining the standard of the School.
He then thanked the Minister and members of his entourage for sparing their time to visit the school, futher appreciating the advices he offered to the students for the betterment of their educational pursuits.
During the visit, the minister, Malam Muhammad Sanusi Samro was overwhelmed by the Commitment of the students in learning the French language.
He therefore, call on them to double their efforts by acquiring good grades in their examinations so that they can be able to secure addmissions into French tertiary institutions.
Remarking also the Executive Secretary of the KSSSSMB, Dr. Bello Shehu Expressed delight to the Minister and his entourage for the visit, hoping that the bi-lateral relationship existing between Kano state and Niger Republic will continue to wax stronger.
