A popular Nigeria-based American ‘On Air Personality,’ Dan Foster who died Wednesday was killed by coronavirus, according to a nurse who attended to him while he was in hospital

The nurse made the disclosure through social media while reacting to his death, saying he died on her shift.

“And Dan Foster died on my shift few hours ago,” she had disclosed.

Daniel ‘Dan’ Foster, was also known as The Big Dawg. In the course of his career, the broadcaster worked with many radio stations including Cathy Hughes Radio One, Mix 106.5 both in America, and Virgin Island-based WTBN, before moving to Nigeria in 2000 where he joined Cool FM, quickly becoming popular with Nigerian listeners

He was also a judge on the 2007 “Idols West Africa” and a judge on “Nigeria’s Got Talent” alongside Kate Henshaw and Yibo Koko.
