Miss Egoagwuagwu Agnes Maduafokwa who emerged the highest scorer in the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Exam (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has received the sum of N16 million from the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) to help her education.
She was presented the cash prize in an event organised by the NSE in Lagos. The event was captioned “Unveiling of UTME Examination Engineering Candidates.”
Egoagwuagwu had an aggregate score of 365 out of a total of 400 which comes to over 90% of the total scores, becoming the highest JAMB candidate of the year.
According to reports, Egoagwuagwu is the president of Mathematics Club and the first assistant head girl of her school, located in Ijebu-Itele in Ogun State.
