The Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, has been called upon not to allow some noble initiatives of his predecessor, Sen. Gabriel Suswam to die, but to revisit and ensure that they are sustained for the benefit of the people.

An indigene of the state, Gabriel Anzam, made the call on Sunday, through a post on his Facebook page. His post was titled- “This legacy must be sustained.”

Read details:

“Sen. Suswam as governor was able to collaborate with various government agencies and today Benue indigenes are all over the world serving as pilots, marine engineers, aeronautical engineers etc. Here you meet Queen Tardoo Tsav the first female aeronautical engineer and pilot in North Central Nigeria.
“This program was ably anchored by Felix Ayoo .
“His Excellency Samuel Ortom, the executive Governor of Benue State may wish to revisit this lofty program with the view to resusvitating it.”

We at African Community News are in support of the post made by Gabriel Anzam and wish to lend our voices that Governor Ortom should do the needful to sustain the noble legacy.
