A former school principal Comfort Kiya, who was set a blaze by her son, has died on Christmas eve.
The youngman, Steven Jiya, an alleged drug addict, committed the dastardly act in Minna, Niger staye.
Comfort was said to be in her kitchen at her residence in the Darussalam area of Minna when the incident happened.
While the incident happened on Monday, the woman died yesterday, on the eve of Christmas.
Comfort was a former principal of Government Girls’ Secondary School, Sabon Wuse and later served in the same capacity at the Maryam Babangida Girls’ Science College, Minna.
